    Loadout and Despatch Reporting

  • Scan individual cartons, carcasses or pallets as they are loaded out or into your premises and produce reports which can be used as delivery dockets or load documentation.
  • Scanner can record several loads (before downloading) or scan for particular product codes an lots etc. to avoid delivery errors.
  • Multiple reporting options including details of each individual carton or carcase, summarys of product codes and weights, daily loadout reports and customized header fields for entry of information such as Driver Name, Registration No, Destination etc. (see report below)
  • Reports show age ranges of scanned product and scanner can be set to restrict scanning to particular product ages.
  • Each download from the barcode scanner is stored in the download database the details of which can be viewed at any future time. This includes details of the carton barcodes and the pallet, order number or customer to which the carton has been assigned. This effectively is a history of your palletising and outloads which allow you to investigate if and when a mistake may have been made.

  • Stock and Inventory Control

  • Stock entry is created by the LabelTerm Labelling Module which adds each carton or carcase to a master database as it is produced. When the item (carton, carcase or pallet) is scanned out of the premises the carton or carcase is removed from stock and the stock levels adjusted accordingly.
  • Current Stock Levels are displayed in a grid showing Product Code, Product Name, Total No. of Cartons and Total Weight in stock for each individual product type. (see report below)
  • Stock Aging grid shows current stock levels for each individual product including Cartons and Weight sorted into 7 Day, 14 Day, 21 Day, 28 Day and 28 Day OR 30 Day, 60 Day, 90 Day, 120 Day, 120+ Day columns.
  • Clear Stock – This function allows you to clear the current stock levels to zero (i.e. remove all cartons from stock) so that a stock take can be carried out by scanning in all current stock.

  • Palletising

  • Cartons can be assigned to pallets and then associated with a pre-printed pallet label which is attached to the completed and secured pallet of cartons. This means that you no longer need to scan each individual carton when doing a stock take or loadout (i.e.: you scan the attached pallet ticket only)
  • Includes the function to produce the pallet labels on a standard thermal label printer.
  • Multiple pallet reports such as current Palletized or Unpalletized stock are available.

  • Location Tracking

  • Allocate Pallets or loose cartons to 4 tier barcoded location identifiers including Coldroom No, Bay No, Level No and Position No.
  • Instantly view the locations of all current stock via an on-screen grid and search utility. The stock and location is shown in oldest to youngest order to facilitate efficient stock rotation.

  • Customer Allocation

  • A pre-defined set of customers (and codes) can be downloaded to the scanner so that the operator can select a particular customer when selecting products for loadout. The customer name can then be displayed on the screen of the scanner when the operator enters an appropriate customer number.

  • Sales and Ordering

  • Create customer orders "on the fly" via a dynamic on screen entry grid. Automatically displays current "instock" and "available in stock" levels for each product as it selected and added to the customer order.
  • Display and print details of previously entered orders and select via individual customer.
  • Sales grid showing current "instock" and "available in stock" levels for all products with the ability to click on an individual product and display details of all current orders allocated against the selected product.

  • Stock Movement

  • The Stock movement report allows you to view the following information for any date period:
  • This report is produced in CDV (comma delimited value) format which can be electronically transferred or imported directly in MS-Excel or Lotus 123 allowing you to manipulate it and produce a wide variety of report types.
