Long Term Maintainability

All InTag hardware components and replacement parts are available ‘Off The Shelf’ from standard computer component suppliers. It uses a standard size ATX Pentium motherboard, Pentium chip, memory modules, hard disk drive and standard power supply unit ensuring the unit is easy to repair, maintain and upgrade.

MLA NLIS Compatible

BEC Systems Intag32 includes NLIS Radio Frequecy and PIC ID scanning and incorporates database lookup and carcass data capture via MLA EasyCheck software.

Abcostä Compatible

InTag has built in Abcostä compatible output string and/or write to file function so you can integrate seamlessly with your existing Abcostä costing and recording system

Ease of Use

The user interface is both practical and easy to understand. The configurable Data Entry screen can be customised so that only the required buttons are presented for each of 10 species.

Software Features

The InTag Software application offers the most comprehensive and user configurable set of features available in any similar product, and more are being added all the time.

Ease of Installation

A standard Cat5 network cable is all that is required to connect the InTag module to Host (office) PC or other network compatible equipment.

Standalone Capability

As the terminal incorporates a standard computer it can, if required, operate as a "Stand Alone" unit, independent of a host system.

Open Ended Architecture

The InTag Module is fully re-programmable and re-configurable to run any Windowsä 16Bit, 32Bit, MS-DOSä or UNIXä based software packages. It uses standard format data files for recording production data (which can be accessed using SQL) and incorporates all standard Windowsä capabilities. This ensures that the system can easily expanded or upgraded as requirements change in the future.

Report Options

Lot Report - Shows total for each individual lot including Body Count, Ave and Total weights, Average Fat and condemns. Lot Feedback Report - Shows details for each body for each lot. User configurable report shows any or all recorded information and carcase specification allowing you to give your supplier only the information that you decide, Grid Feedback Report - Shows details for each lot divided into user defined fat and weight classes and including full pricing of product via user defined pricing grids. Destination Report - Shows details of individual or all lots grouped by destination. Origin Report - Shows details of individual or all lots grouped by origin. Codemn Report - Shows details of condemned carcases for individual or all lots including reasons for condemn. Lot Pricing Report - Shows details of individual lots in standard exportable CSV format allowing entry of costs including hide and per KG carcase prices etc. Report to Network printer, Screen or File (for export to MS-Excal etc.) User defined multiple Weigh class, Fat class and pricing grids. Attacheä and MYOBä accounting system compatible.

Foreign Language Support
